BHM has an experienced team of mold makers and engineers dedicated to build molds in various types to meet the specific tooling needs of our customers. The molds fabricated by BHM range from simple single cavity molds to complex multi-cavity molds, from Pilot Mold to production mold for export.

Pilot Mold Build & Samples Test

For some complex projects, some customers may demand hundreds or thousands of samples to test prior to finalize the design, in this case we can collaborate to develop Pilot Mold with low cavity and run samples for experiment.

Through pilot mold making, we share our ideas in improvement of part design from tooling and molding aspects.

Production Mold

Molds that are constructed and producing parts at our facility, we protect your investment, maintain all tooling parts for the life of the products as long as the tool is worthy of modifications. Our in-house tooling capability allows easy and quick maintenance and modifications

Mold for Export

This is our original core business that to fabricate high level mold exported to various countries.
